$19-$21/hr
Evaluation to Hire
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person and social media.
- Answer customer questions quickly and professionally.
- Guide customers through the custom jewelry design process using our tools and resources.
- Provide accurate price information on custom jewelry pieces.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Update customers on orders and invoices, and make changes when needed.
- Maintain and update customer records in our system.
- Handle filing and light general office tasks.
- Work one Saturday per month when applicable
Qualifications / Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest or passion for jewelry and design.
- Comfortable learning and using new software systems.
