Express Employment is hiring a RECRUITING ASSISTANT to join our in-house Recruiting Team!
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Location: Woodbury, MN
Career Growth: 3-month accelerated program with potential promotion to Employment Specialist (base + commission)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Schedule interviews and assist our recruiting team
- Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
- Hit weekly metrics consistently on number of contacts made
- Post and update job descriptions
- Process Background Checks
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our system
- Support HR projects and job fairs
- Meet weekly recruiting goals and deadlines
THE IDEAL RECRUITING CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE THIS…..
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- The ability to adapt and embrace change
- A sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment
