Key Responsibilities:
- Entering orders by fax and phone to meet daily deadlines
- Managing customer accounts, from orders to service concerns
- Assisting with daily salt calls and processing orders for accounts
- Providing backup support for the inside sales representative when needed
- Creating Excel spreadsheets as required

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule
