Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our corrugated packaging team. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines

Stack, bundle, and palletize finished goods according to production requirements

Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage
-
Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors or maintenance staff
-
Assist team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production/machine operating experience preferred

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods

Comfortable working around machinery and in a high-volume production setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed
