Job Full Description
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for review of Full Package Shipping and Invoice documents for accuracy before payment to Full Package Suppliers are made.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Full Package Shipping & Invoice documents are to be audited for accuracy. That includes information common across documents are the same across documents.
2. Communicate with Lead International Payment Analyst of all discrepancies.
3. Communicate with Full Package Supplier of discrepancies and request revised documents when Lead Analyst is not available.
