Now Hiring: Crew Leader – Construction (Full-Time, M–F 7am–5pm)
Location: Starkville, MS
Pay: $22–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small construction team (up to 3 workers). If you’ve got strong trade skills and leadership experience, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a crew of up to 3 workers
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on all job tasks
- Handle job site paperwork, including bidding documentation
- Ensure safe, productive work practices at all times
Experience and Skills Required:
- Extensive carpentry background
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
