Job Full Description
Position: Lead Voortman Operator Pay: $24 Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sun - Thurs
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor a team of up to 3 workers operating the Voortman machine.

Assign tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.
-
Maintain accountability and productivity within the team.

Operate the Voortman CNC machine to cut structural steel components including beams, angles, tubes, and channels.

Load raw materials using overhead cranes.
-
Unload finished products manually or by crane onto pallets or flatbed trailers.

Ensure production targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Experience Required:
-
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a lead production worker or machine operator.

Strong knowledge of CNC operations.
-
Proficient in overhead crane usage.
Other Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
-
Ability to work night shifts and maintain productivity standards.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
