Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and providing expert product recommendations for industrial supplies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs.
· Generate and qualify sales leads through follow-ups, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
· Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer requirements.
· Prepare quotes, process orders, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industrial products, pricing, and industry trends.
· Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
· Manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
· Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
· 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in industrial supplies or a related industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
· A customer-first attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
