Position: Maintenance - Facilities Worker
Location: Starkville
Key Responsibilities
- Performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas.
- Replacing light fixtures and bulbs to maintain proper illumination.
- Assisting with interior painting projects.
- Installing batteries in smoke detectors to ensure safety compliance.
- Replacing door knobs and performing basic hardware repairs.
- Working alongside a maintenance technician to support day‑to‑day facility operations.
Job Requirements:

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
