Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Load and unload supplies, equipment, and tools
- Assist skilled workers and site supervisors as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Support construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or cleaning activities depending on the assignment
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective gear at all times
- Complete outdoor and indoor physical tasks in varying weather conditions
- Report any hazards, injuries, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Perform additional duties as directed by site management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to work outdoors and in changing environments
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach for extended periods
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) required PPE: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toed boots
- Previous general labor experience is a plus but not required
