Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company in Farmington, MO to hire for a Title Closer.
Job description:
The Title Closer oversees all aspects of the closing process for real estate transactions, from reviewing documents to disbursing funds. The closer acts as a neutral third party, coordinating with all involved parties, including real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate law and title insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire closing process from file opening to fund disbursement.
- Review title reports to clear requirements and resolve issues like liens.
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds and settlement statements.
- Software Required: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Be a team player, take charge/lead a team.
- Have good communication and sales experience.
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay is based on experience.
