Overview
Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local RV company hire for an Experienced Sales Representative. MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE!
Duties
- Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, needs assessment, product explanation (features, floor plans, towing, specs).
- Sales Process Management: Responding to leads, conducting walk-arounds/demos, negotiating price, finalizing paperwork, closing sales.
- Product Expertise: Continuously learning about various RV types (fifth wheels, campers, motorhomes) and inventory.
- Collaboration: Working with Finance & Insurance and service departments for smooth customer handoffs.
- Customer Follow-Up: Building relationships for referrals and repeat business, ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Using CRM systems to track and follow up on potential buyers.
- Demonstrations: Effectively showing features and benefits of different models.
- Deal Structuring: Writing up sales, negotiating terms, and working with management.
- Administrative Tasks: Completing documents, preparing appraisals, and maintaining records.
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift
