About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced front office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Process paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking staff, clients, or vendors
- Handle correspondence and translations as needed
- Support management and staff with day-to-day office needs
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish – required (verbal and written)
- Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
