Filling a long term building maintenance position for a client in Warrensburg. Starting pay will be experience-based but expected to be in the $17-$20hr range. This is a M-F position with a rotation on call weekends. Must have prior Building Maintenance experience including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, & minor electrical. HVAC experience is a plus. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS. MUST have valid drivers license with relatively clean MVR.
