Filling a long-term opportunity for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician in VERSAILLES MO
This is a Mon-Fri 8-5/9-6 schedule with a rotation of on-call emergency status
Responsibilities include: Painting, drywall replace/repair, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor appliance, and HVAC knowledge is a PLUS!
Pay starts at $17hr.
MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE W/ RELATIVELY CLEAN MVR
