Job Full Description

We have 1 Granite Installer & Fabricator Positions Available. The company is willing to train the right individual. Must be able to do heavy lifting, read a tape measure and is reliable.

  1. Measurement and Assessment: The installer must accurately measure the dimensions of the installation area, taking into account any irregularities or unique features that may affect the stone fabrication and installation process.

  2. Material Selection: Granite comes in various colors, patterns, and thicknesses. The installer may assist clients in choosing the most suitable granite slab for their project based on aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

  3. Cutting and Shaping: Using specialized tools and machinery, the installer cuts the granite slabs to the required size and shape. This process requires precision and attention to detail to ensure a perfect fit.

  4. Edge Profiling: The installer may also be responsible for creating edge profiles on the granite countertops, giving them a finished and polished appearance. Common edge profiles include straight, beveled, bullnose, ogee, and more.

  5. Finishing and Polishing: After the granite is cut and shaped, the installer will polish the surfaces to achieve a smooth and glossy finish, enhancing the stone's natural beauty.

  6. Installation: The installer transports the prepared granite pieces to the installation site and fits them into the designated area. This step involves lifting and maneuvering heavy stone slabs, which requires physical strength and proper handling techniques.
