Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a client looking to add a skilled professional to their machine shop. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong machining knowledge who takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC work centers using process controls, blueprints, and quality documents

Utilize specified tooling and gauging to ensure parts meet quality standards and print specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Maintain accurate daily production records

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Follow quality and safety procedures throughout the manufacturing process
Qualifications

Associate degree from a Machine Tool Program or 3–5 years of CNC machining experience

Strong blueprint reading skills
-
Proficiency in shop math, metric measurements, and conversions

Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
