About the Opportunity:

This role is perfect for someone with a background in residential trim carpentry and general carpentry work, who values communication, integrity, and work ethic as much as they value the quality of their craft.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed trim carpentry and finish work on high-end residential projects

Engage in various stages of residential construction including framing, siding, and general carpentry

Collaborate with the construction team to complete preconstruction tasks and final touch-ups

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Lead and supervise a small crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards

Adapt to different tasks as needed to keep construction projects moving forward
Qualifications:

Proven carpentry experience (residential construction preferred)

Strong eye for detail, especially in trim and finish work

Ability to lead a small team effectively and communicate clearly

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor

Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and a positive, humble attitude
