Front Counter Associate – Local Machine Shop (Lincoln County)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Express is hiring a Front Counter Associate for a well-established machine shop in Lincoln County! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow their skills in a hands-on, mechanical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers in person and over the phone
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent service
- Assist with shipping & receiving tasks
- Handle billing of receivables and notify customers of order status
- Stock freight and retail areas
- Manage inventory and help keep retail space clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Mechanically inclined — someone who enjoys working around equipment and tools
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous hydraulics experience is a plus, or a willingness to learn
