Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and oversee complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.

• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic financial advice to clients.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff and collaborate across departments.

• Research tax issues and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CPA license (Montana or eligible for reciprocity).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office; experience with Lacerte is a plus.

• A dedicated professional seeking a long-term career with ownership potential.
