Seasonal Yard Clean-Up Crew – Local Mill (Flathead Valley)
Now hiring Seasonal Yard Clean-Up Crew Members for a local mill in the Flathead Valley! This is a great opportunity to stay active, work outdoors, and be part of a team focused on fire prevention and facility maintenance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Start times vary based on weather; early shifts during summer heat)
Duration: Summer (with potential to extend into fall or transition to a full-time role)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Weed abatement using trimmers and other hand tools
-
Clearing vegetation around plant departments and buildings
-
Supporting fire hazard prevention efforts across the mill property

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, wind, etc.)

Performing physical labor and following safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to handle physically demanding work

Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions

Dependable and safety-conscious
-
Prior outdoor or landscaping experience a plus, but not required
