Job Full Description
Recruiting for a Transload Operator to oversee and operate a transloading facility for refined fuel. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a reputable company offering stability, growth, and hands-on work in a safety-focused environment.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile transloading equipment to transfer refined fuel from railcars to tanker trucks

Ensure safe operations and enforce all safety standards and protocols on site

Maintain accurate inventory records and data for assigned operations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to loading systems, software, and equipment

Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs or service as needed

Communicate effectively with drivers, logistics, corporate teams, vendors, and terminals
-
Assist with compliance and reporting for federal and industry regulations (e.g., FRA)

Track expenses, manage supply inventories, and handle invoicing and documentation
-
Use tools and perform mechanical work including minor repairs and maintenance tasks

Adhere to all quality control and assurance practices during transloading
Requirements:

Mechanical aptitude and experience operating and maintaining industrial or fuel-handling equipment

Ability to troubleshoot control systems and perform basic mechanical repairs

Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in fuel handling or industrial environments

Proficient with documentation, reporting systems, and communication tools

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
