Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

The Digital Channel Specialist is instrumental in enhancing the bank’s digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across all digital platforms — including websites, mobile apps, online banking systems, and digital applications.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, support technical implementations, and drive digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital channel strategies in partnership with internal teams.

  • Monitor digital performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital platforms.

  • Coordinate smooth implementation of digital updates, including documentation and procedural changes.

  • Lead technical teams in researching and resolving digital channel issues.

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and support audit requests.

  • Stay current on digital trends and recommend innovative solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance, develop targeted training, and enhance user adoption of digital channels.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital channel management, business application administration, software product management, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, web analytics tools, CMS, digital banking services, and web/mobile applications.

  • Experience with digital banking products such as online/mobile banking, digital account or loan origination, or payment processing.

  • Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance standards (preferred).

  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must meet all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (e.g., BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC) and complete assigned training on time.
