About the Role
The Digital Channel Specialist is instrumental in enhancing the bank’s digital presence and ensuring seamless customer and employee experiences across all digital platforms — including websites, mobile apps, online banking systems, and digital applications.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals, support technical implementations, and drive digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital channel strategies in partnership with internal teams.

Monitor digital performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Support technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital platforms.

Coordinate smooth implementation of digital updates, including documentation and procedural changes.

Lead technical teams in researching and resolving digital channel issues.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and support audit requests.

Stay current on digital trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Provide technical guidance, develop targeted training, and enhance user adoption of digital channels.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in digital channel management, business application administration, software product management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of digital platforms, web analytics tools, CMS, digital banking services, and web/mobile applications.

Experience with digital banking products such as online/mobile banking, digital account or loan origination, or payment processing.

Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance standards (preferred).

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must meet all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (e.g., BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC) and complete assigned training on time.
