Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking General Laborers to assist a local company with guard rail installation. This is a temporary opportunity with a chance to move into a longer-term role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Install guard rails safely and efficiently

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

Work outdoors in varying conditions

Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting for extended periods
Job Details:

Phase One: Approx. 1 week

Phase Two: Up to 3 weeks
-
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Requirements:
-
Steel-toed boots required (no exceptions)
-
No sleeveless shirts (shorts are acceptable)
-
Employer will supply gloves and safety glasses
-
Able to work 10-hour days with consistent physical activity
Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
