Responsibilities:
- Removal of garbage from facilities, and customer's homes
- Provide excellent customer service while handling removal of waste from fire/water damage
- General facilities maintenance with use of hand/power tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2+ years prior hands-on apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Prior painting, minor plumbing & electrical wiring skills, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning skills needed; HVAC a plus or willing to train
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
- CLEAN BACKGROUND Required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Hand/power tools normally used in construction, and facilities maintenance
