A client in Binghamton is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant at their facility!
This person would work 25hrs/week with possibility to add a few hours when busy.
Pay is $20/hr and hours would be between 8:30am-4:30pm
The associate we are looking for has the following qualities and experience
- Adobe (PDF editing/extracting documents)
- Dropbox
- word/excel
- data entry
- planning/scheduling for multiple people
- detail oriented
- Large Format Printing experience preferred
You would be communicating with Project Managers, Contractors, and others by phone and email. Receiving files through email & drop box regarding projects that need to be edited then place them into an online share room that allows them to view the documents virtually.
