Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Lead position for a company in Endicott NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and lead a team to success while also the chance of being hired on at the end of the evaluation period!
The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with flexible hours as needed and pay starts at $23/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Run machinery such as shredders, hammermill and shaker table.
- Conducts sorting/patternization on materials and discharge as needed.
- Troubleshooting and adjusting machinery according to specifications per product need.
- Be able to oversee a manufacturing team and give process improvement as needed.
Experience in manufacturing and supervisory/leadership roles are required!
