Pay Rate: $19.26 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6am-3:30pm, Fri 6am-10am
Employment Type: Temporary (no guarantee of permanent hire)
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable individuals to join a manufacturing team as Lithium-Ion Battery Assemblers. This role involves hands-on assembly work in a fast-paced production environment where safety and reliability are top priorities. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities

Assemble lithium-ion battery components following detailed instructions and safety protocols

Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Work reliably to meet production goals and schedules
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong commitment to safety and reliability

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
