Job Full Description
We have a great direct-hire opportunity for an experienced networking technician! If you enjoy servicing clients while working at a smaller organization where you're more than a number, then read on!
This position will be responsible for a wide variety of services, including:
- Providing advanced remote/on-site support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Azure/AD
- Troubleshoot servers, networking, authentication, DNS/GPO, RDS/VDI and workstation issues
- Configure networks, firewalls, switches, VLANs and wireless.
- And, much more
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of IT support or systems admin experience
- Prior MSP experience is preferred
- Certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, Azure
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools
