PT Administrative Assistant (20–25 Hours/Week)

Our client is hiring a part‑time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks data entry and basic bookkeeping

  • Answer phones and assist customers

  • Process service orders and maintain records

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Filing and general office organization

  • Assist with payroll prep (Mondays required)

What You Need

  • Strong QuickBooks skills

  • Reliable, organized, and detail‑focused

  • Comfortable multitasking in a small office

  • Prior admin/bookkeeping experience is helpful
