Program Manager - Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a Program Manager to support customer programs from planning through delivery. This role works closely with customers, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to keep programs organized, on schedule, and aligned with cost and service goals. This is a great opportunity for candidates with project, program, operations, or customer‑facing experience looking to grow.
Pay is 75k
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and track customer programs, timelines, and key deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, and Sales
- Support program scheduling, cost tracking, and process improvements
- Assist with contract coordination, documentation, and program reviews
- Oversee product flow, shipping schedules, inventory levels, and customer support activities
- Help manage field service coordination, warranty tracking, and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in program, project, operations, or account management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with multiple teams
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, or supply chain coordination is a plus
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Equivalent experience, training, or Project/Program Management certification
- PMP Certification(required)
