Pay: $18-$21 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls, assist clients, and provide policy information
• Support account updates, renewals, and basic service requests
• Help prepare quotes and documentation for insurance policies
• Maintain accurate client records and perform general office tasks
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous office or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (company supported)
