Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Conklin, NY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly check runs
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Support month-end close activities as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Experience with NetSuite is a major plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $20–$28/hour, depending on experience
