Administrative Support Representative (Part-Time)
Location: Hallstead, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Status: Temporary with potential for long-term employment
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Support Representative to support daily banking operations in a professional office environment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and an opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone and email support to customers and bank staff
- Process and distribute incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
- Coordinate courier deliveries and maintain related records
- Greet and direct visitors
- Order and monitor office and department supplies
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and special projects
- Support departmental procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of administrative, customer service, banking, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
