E-Commerce Operations Specialist
We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product setup, pricing, images, descriptions, collections, and inventory data within Shopify
- Support marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Monitor and troubleshoot product, inventory, listing, and order-flow issues
- Assist with mobile app management, updates, and promotions
- Maintain accurate product information across all sales channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong computer, technology, and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms
- E-commerce, inventory management, or marketplace operations
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
