Express Employment Professionals is working with a local Apartment Complex looking to add an experienced Leasing Manager to their team!

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of leasing consultants, driving occupancy rates, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the leasing process from lead generation to lease signing and renewal
Lead a team of leasing consultants
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the leasing process.
Resolve resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and all leasing-related regulations

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a senior leasing/real estate role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).
Knowledge of applicable housing laws and leasing practices.

Pay based on experience starting at $21/hr
