Express Employment Professionals is working with a Manufacturing company in the Lima NY area looking to urgently hire several Packagers & Manufacturing associates!
Immediate openings for both 1st & 2nd shift are available
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience working in a manufacturing facility, be able to read a tape measure & have basic math skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fabricates and assembles products according to directions.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, or other instructions, then builds to those specifications
- Uses various machines and hand tools to build parts
- Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & other drawings or instructions
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Detail oriented
