Express Employment Professionals is working with a Manufacturing company in the Batavia NY area looking to add a Team Lead to both their 1st & 2nd shift Production teams.
Lead and coordinate packaging team activities during shifts.
Ensure packaging lines operate efficiently and meet daily targets.
Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain productivity and quality.
Monitor product quality and packaging standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Report production issues, downtime, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Keep accurate records of output and inventory.
Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
