Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Rochester, NY area to hire motivated Machine Operators for their growing production team.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization that values reliability, quality, and long-term growth. Previous machine operating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to produce bags and pouches according to specifications

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and monitoring throughout the shift

Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Accurately log production data and complete documentation as required

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Work overtime as needed to support production demands
Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to learn machine processes with provided training

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
