Job Full Description
Express Employment is hiring Production/Packaging Associates for a client in the Batavia NY area.
In this role, you will operate or assist with production equipment, package finished products, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct packaging and labeling
- Follow all safety and quality standards and company procedures
- Assist with material handling, inventory, and basic machine maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
