Job Full Description
Express Employment is working with a growing structural steel company seeking a dependable and hardworking General Shop Laborer / Warehouse Associates to support daily shop and warehouse operations in their new location.
This position plays a key role in material handling, shop organization, and overall production support.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move structural steel materials

Assist with staging materials for fabrication and shipping

Operate forklifts and other shop equipment (if certified)

Maintain inventory and organize materials

Keep warehouse and work areas clean and safe

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Assist shop team with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Strong work ethic and reliability
-
Ability to follow directions and work independently or on a team

Forklift experience preferred (not required)

Prior warehouse or construction experience is a plus
