Job Full Description
Job Title: Test Technician
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to perform final optical assembly testing and optimization in a clean room manufacturing environment. This role ensures product performance meets quality standards through accurate testing, data analysis, and assembly adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform optical testing (transmission, wavefront error, alignment, etc.)
- Analyze results and make mechanical/optical adjustments to improve performance
- Troubleshoot test equipment and diagnose assembly issues
- Support production schedules and collaborate with assembly team
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and clean room protocols
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in optics or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in optical testing or precision assembly
- Experience with optical test equipment (interferometers, spectrophotometers, etc.)
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
