Customer Service Representative
Location: Asheville, NC
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time
A locally owned and family-operated company with over 20 years of service in the community is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing office. This is a full-time opportunity to join a close-knit, fast-paced team that values attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Receive and respond to digital service requests as they come in

Schedule appointments and input information into internal systems accurately

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

Provide exceptional communication to both internal teams and customers

Manage and process detailed paperwork and maintain accurate records

Support office operations across multiple departments
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or office support role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette

Comfortable using computers and inputting information quickly and accurately

Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
