Customer Service Representative
Location: Asheville, NC
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time

A locally owned and family-operated company with over 20 years of service in the community is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing office. This is a full-time opportunity to join a close-knit, fast-paced team that values attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Receive and respond to digital service requests as they come in

  • Schedule appointments and input information into internal systems accurately

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Provide exceptional communication to both internal teams and customers

  • Manage and process detailed paperwork and maintain accurate records

  • Support office operations across multiple departments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office support role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette

  • Comfortable using computers and inputting information quickly and accurately

  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Background check required
