Customer Care Representative
Location: South Asheville, NC
Pay: $17 – $19/hr, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Type: Full-Time
A trusted and locally operated home care provider is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact through daily interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer incoming phone calls and place outgoing calls to patients, families, and healthcare providers

Document information clearly and accurately in internal systems

Schedule appointments and process payments

Provide prompt, professional support to callers and adapt to unexpected tasks as they arise

Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette

Ability to communicate comfortably with both patients and medical professionals

Confidence in using computers and navigating software to input data and manage tasks
