Customer Care Representative
Location: South Asheville, NC
Pay: $17 – $19/hr, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Type: Full-Time

A trusted and locally operated home care provider is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact through daily interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and place outgoing calls to patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Document information clearly and accurately in internal systems

  • Schedule appointments and process payments

  • Provide prompt, professional support to callers and adapt to unexpected tasks as they arise

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette

  • Ability to communicate comfortably with both patients and medical professionals

  • Confidence in using computers and navigating software to input data and manage tasks

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
