Local Delivery Driver and Installation Assistant:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $18-$19/hr Depending on Experience
A family owned gas company in Central Asheville, NC is looking for someone to join their team and help deliver product to local businesses, and support with inventory management at the warehouse. If you are looking for a career and to work with a great company to learn the business and have open advancement opportunities this could be the perfect job for you.
If you were working there now, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
You will do daily deliveries primarily to commercial customers
You will help with daily maintenance of company truck used for deliveries
You will work directly with supervisor to assist on installation and learn repair techniques of petroleum pumping equipment
You will have to take care of your delivery paperwork
Take on a few unexpected tasks like a superhero
Here are some things to keep in mind:
This job is for someone who wants to develop a career
You will be moving constantly
You need to be able to lift 50 lbs and work as a team
You will be working with customers
The team is looking for someone that can come in and start immediately and likes to interact with customers.
All applicants will have to pass a drug screen and background check and have a clean driving record. You also must be a non-smoker- for safety reasons.
