Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday.
Pay: $17.00/hour - $18.00/hour depending upon experience
Location: North Asheville/Woodfin/Weaverville
We are assisting our client in North Asheville, on the search for an amazing customer service representative to help on the phones, with purchase orders and data entry into the order system.
What you will be doing daily:
* Contact with customers to translate purchase orders into sales orders, ensuring accurate information for pricing, availability and ship dates
* Providing information to customers such as pricing, application, availability and policies
* Contributing to the maintenance of customer contact information
* Providing follow up with both the customer and production/shipping regarding open orders
* Ensuring that the needs of the customers are met in a timely and effective manner that meets or exceeds the customers' expectations
* Upselling customers on new products, programs or special promotions being offered
Qualifications:
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Team player mentality
* Prioritize tasks and scheduling Follow up to completion
* Dependability with strong communication skills.
Requirements:
*High School diploma or equivalent
*2 years of customer service experience
*Automotive industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
*Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and administrative skills
*Able to work well in an intense setting.
