Position Overview:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our luxury apartment community—welcoming prospective residents, building relationships, and delivering a seamless leasing experience. You will guide clients through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in day, ensuring every detail reflects the sophistication and quality our community is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
- Conduct engaging property tours highlighting apartment features, amenities, and community lifestyle.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage the leasing process, including application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach and promotional initiatives.
- Provide ongoing resident support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about current market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (luxury or high-end market preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to close deals while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, RealPage).
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
