Job Full Description
A software firm in Asheville is looking to hire their next customer service representative to start ASAP. We are hoping to assist them in finding there next entry level team member to grow with their company as there is room for advancement as team member develops their skills.
As the primarily point of contact to all customers and potential customers calling the business, you'll answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and positive energy.
This position is a blend of administrative support to office employees and high volume phone triage.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer approximately 75-100 phone calls a day.
Determine the reason for calling and route call to the appropriate person.
Work in company data base to document calls and find information about customer accounts.
Take payments
General office support
Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm. $18/hr to start.
The selected candidate will have previous customer service experience, solid MS Word and Excel skills, and knowledge of a multi-line phone system.
