Forklift Operator –Sit Down
Pay: $21/hr
Location: Brevard Rd. Asheville, NC
Schedule: 6am-2:00pm
A busy metal manufacturing facility is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join their shipping and receiving team.
What You’ll Do:
Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products
Move and restock inventory using a forklift or pallet system
Prepare products for storage or shipment
Verify pallet counts and labels for accuracy
Inspect forklift daily to ensure safe operation
Assist with general material handling needs
What We’re Looking For:
Forklift certification preferred
Previous forklift/material handling 2-5 years
Attention to detail and safety-focused
Team player who can follow instructions from management
