Inside Sales Representative – Accounts – $33–$36/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Asheville, NC
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative – Accounts to drive new business development and strengthen relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will prospect new accounts, manage inbound leads, follow up on quotes, and close opportunities. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a proactive, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Make 50–100 outbound calls weekly to prospects and existing accounts to generate interest and uncover opportunities

Secure a minimum of 4 qualified quote opportunities weekly and achieve at least a 40% quote-to-order close rate

Manage and follow up on quotes, converting them to sales orders

Conduct post-delivery check-ins (1-month, 3-month, 6-month) to strengthen partnerships and encourage repeat business

Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the ordering process

Build long-term relationships with accounts to promote ongoing solutions

Track all sales activity in HubSpot CRM and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, pipeline reviews, and competitive insights

Support marketing initiatives by contributing customer feedback, product stories, and content for promotions
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience (product-based or medical equipment industry preferred)

High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident phone presence

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with ERP systems (Business Central a plus)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Service-minded with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience

Comfortable leveraging social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for business outreach is a plus
